Established in 2001, Nā Hoa Holomoku is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting safe sailing and providing affordable sailing opportunities, safe boating education, and racing to the Hawai’i Island community. We promote safe boating and sailing through detailed, multi-hour classes that include on-water practical sailing experiences. Our goals are to instill self-reliance, confidence, and cooperation through teamwork. We accept all people regardless of race, class, gender, or creed – if you like to sail or just want to learn come down, join up, and Sail On!

Sailing Classes & Camps
We teach the lawful and safe operation of boats on the water. We provide comprehensive instruction on the basic skills of rigging, launching, sailing, capsize recovery and rules of the road.
