DESCRIPTION:This class reviews rigging/storage and teaches on-water skills.\nLearn beach launching, sailing, capsize recovery, returning to the beach, and proper storage of the equipment at the end of the day.  We use the club’s toppers for introductory training.\nPrerequisite(s):   Sailing 101 ( https://hilosailing.org/events/sailing-101/ ) or equivalent.  This class is a prerequisite for Sailing 103 ( https://hilosailing.org/events/sailing-103/ ) and Sailing 104 ( https://hilosailing.org/events/sailing-104/ ).\nCancellation policy:  Space is limited.  Please be respectful of other members.  Cancellations will be accepted until 8am the day of class.  Failure to cancel may result in losing future class privileges.\nThis class is for adult members.  Please see Keiki Sailing Camps ( https://hilosailing.org/events/keiki-sailing-camp/ ) for youth member training.\nSailing 100s teach adult club members how to become independent sailors.  Sign-up in advance as space is limited.\nCoach: Micah Tumlinson\n
